How to: Remove an Order from On Hold

1. Select Orders dashboard from the navigation menu

2. Select the Orders on Hold filter

3. Find the order that you would like to remove from hold, in the first column labelled ‘Action’ click on the drop down box and select Remove from On Hold

4. In the confirmation pop-up box, enter a reason (if applicable), then click Yes. The order will now disappear from the Orders on Hold filter and appear in the All open orders filter
